The intent of this project was to design a cart workstation that has an autonomous guiding system allowing it follow a user as they complete work in an open lab/garage space. The Red Rover can track the motion of the user through an app on a Bluetooth enabled phone. Sensors allow the Red Rover to detect objects or people around it to avoid running into them. It can also follow the user down hallways and across rooms.
